We offer a variety of Yoga experiences for kids and adults of all ages!
ONLINE and in person YOGA CLASSES AVAILABLE!
If you are a school in need of a yoga instructor, a MOPS group interested in a mindfulness presentation and class, a Girl Scout troop, or Mom’s Group we will travel to you.
Don’t have a space for your party or shower? No worries, we’ve got you covered! We have multiple rental spaces in the St. Louis area.

Birthday Parties
Our birthday parties are an hour and a half and include a 50-minute class followed by an activity chosen by the birthday child.
Locations available in Kirkwood and Town & Country or we can travel to you!

Girl Scouts
Girl Scouts can earn a yoga patch while learning about respect, fitness, positive body image, and stress management.
Location is your school, space or through Zoom.
$10 per child or $13 per child with patch included

Camps/Recurring Classes
Location: Zoom or In person (Chesterfield)
Children’s Yoga: Thursdays in Chesterfield Valley. Mom and Me, Pre-K and Homeschool Yoga.
Women’s Yoga: Basement Yoga in my basement either on Mondays or Tuesdays. I add you to my Facebook thread and let you know when it’s happening monthly.

We offer Beer or Wine yoga, Baby and Wedding showers, and Paddleboard Yoga in the summer. We can travel to you or you can rent one of our locations!
